Hi, and thanks for looking at my ad for: An Outwell Wolf Lake 7 tent with Footprint groundsheet and carpet Probably one of the most stable and weatherproof tents you can buy Type of tent: Four room tunnel tent Sleeps people: 7 Flysheet: Outtex® Airtech (65% cotton / 35% polyester) Inner tent: Breathable 100% pongee polyester Rooms: 3 bedrooms, 1 living room Poles: Alloy poles #6063, 25 mm, 2 upright steel poles Floor: Tarpaulin PVC coated 100% polyester, 10,000 mm hydrostatic head Groundsheet: Sealed Ground System, Zip-out Pitching way: Flysheet first or as one We use the main bedroom to sleep ourselves and our son and use the other separate room as a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room, I know, dead posh! The living area is huge and easily takes a table & chairs, storage unit, fridge and leaves decent floor space. The made to measure carpet adds a touch of luxury and warmth and the footprint groundsheet helps keep everything clean and dry underneath. The tent has been used only for main family holidays and was purchased brand new in 2013, I think I still have the original receipt, and has always been packed away dry and stored in our garage. It comes in two large bags and weighs in excess of 60kg (hence the stability). Despite this, it is not complicated to pitch and the flysheet can be up in 30 mins with the groundsheet being zipped in afterwards. I cannot stress how nice it is to have a tent that you can walk in to through a full height door, stand fully upright inside and in the bedrooms!! (I'm 6'2") On sale is the tent complete with all pegs etc, the footprint groundsheet and the carpet ( which has the odd small mark on it ). No other accessories that are pictured are included.
